Step 1:
When your client drops off their car, you provide a ticket that contains their customer number and the phone number for Snap Valet. The customer simply texts the number to Snap Valet.
Step 2:
The text is routed through Snap Valet's Patent Pending system and sent down to the email or phone that you registered. 
Step 3:
The cashier or service representative matches the ticket number received to the invoice and the keys.  The vehicle is retrieved, inspected and maybe even washed before the customer arrives!



How does it work?


The system works similar to a restaurant valet. When the vehicle is dropped off at the center, the service representative hands the customer a three part ticket.  One part remains in the vehicle, one part is attached to the keys, and one part stays with the owner.  The tickets are either Snap Valet standard tickets or customized to your shop.  Premium Private Label is also a great option if you have multiple locations and want customization or a unique phone number.

The ticket number can be received in three different formats:


1. Text to a company cell phone

2. Email to a computer
3. Text to cell phone provided and maintained by Snap Valet
